25. Letter of Recommendation

    Each application MUST include a letter of recommendation from a trusted adult such as a teacher, volunteer supervisor, leader from your place of worship, or manager who can attest to your responsibility, motivation, and character. Family members (including extended family members) may NOT write your letter of recommendation.  

    Each letter of recommendation must be submitted by the individual recommending you via email (you may not submit it on their behalf) to Logan Charlesworth at lcharlesworth@westfield.in.gov with the subject line: WMYC LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION: STUDENT LAST NAME, FIRST NAME. Each letter must include the full name of the individual recommending you, as well as the best daytime phone number, email address, and how the two of you are connected to one another.
