Grand Junction Plaza | Grassy Branch Creek
What To Expect
Come explore the cool waters of the Grassy Branch Creek this summer with a classic Creek Stomp activity at Grand Junction Plaza in the heart of downtown Westfield. These staff-led programs will explore the various types of creek creatures found in our area! Other topics may include animal identification, invasive species, watersheds and ecosystems. All participants will receive a small bucket and net to take home for further exploration.
An adaptive and accessible Creek Stomp program, made possible by Colt Moving, will be available with water tables containing creek samples located near the creek for everyone to explore.
Creek Stomps are family friendly, but pets are NOT allowed. Closed toe shoes must be worn, and water, sunscreen and hats are recommended. The cost is $5 per individual.
