Tenants announced for Westfield’s first mixed-use development

Westfield, IN (July 9, 2025) — The City of Westfield and Old Town Companies have officially announced the retail and restaurant tenants opening at The Union, the first mixed-use development in downtown Westfield. Designed to complement the energy of Grand Junction Plaza, The Union will provide a mix of residential, retail, and recreational spaces. Anchored by 196 high-end apartments, residents will enjoy amenities such as reserved covered parking, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and an elevated pool and courtyard gathering space with stunning views of the plaza below.

Tenants will include Pure Barre, Everbowl, Lake City Bank, BlackSheep Pizza and Cocktails, Stella’s Ice Cream, Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming, and The Spark Coffee. Sun King Brewing is also under construction in a detached building, which is expected to open in Summer 2026.

Residential leasing has also begun for studio, and 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, and the first tenants are expected to move in in July. For more information, please visit: lifeattheunion.com.

"We look forward to opening our newest branch in Westfield this summer, which will be the ninth location in the Indianapolis Region,” said David M. Findlay, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lake City Bank. “The Union Square development is an ideal location for us to engage with the Westfield community at the center of ongoing economic development and place-making initiatives around Grand Junction Plaza. We’re excited to expand our already great connections with the community to showcase our technology-driven banking solutions and our responsive community banking service levels.”

“This will be my third location and I'm excited to bring Pure Barre to Westfield,” stated Lauren Williamson of Pure Barre. “With my two thriving locations in Carmel and Zionsville, expanding to Westfield seemed like a natural fit and we are excited to bring a top-notch experience to the community this summer.”

The public parking garage is also expected to open in August. Additional information about parking access will be relayed in a future release.

All businesses will have varying opening dates due to construction and build out.
